Responsibilities:

  • Working leads and data for business use from multiple platforms and sources
  • Managing data from multiple banking and financial applications to assist with producing invoices, banking and accounting information
  • Presenting and summarising data in Excel, CSV files and various other data application to help and assist the business make informed decision and start various projects
  • Working across 4 Leeds city centre buildings (All within a short walk of each other)
  • Data entry, managing data and organising our client and business data to help us make business decisions and action enquiries
  • General invoicing and bookkeeping (training provided)
  • Face to face client greetings and assisting with queries and facilities enquiries
  • Occasional facilities management duties (reporting building issues, contacting contractors to assist)
  • Working closely with the team and customers to get customer data into the system accurately and on time

Desirable skills:

  • A competent Excel user who enjoys working with data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer facing and confident communication skills
  • An interest in people, data and basic bookkeeping
  • Good at prioritising and juggling multiple tasks

Entry requirements:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week.
