Key Responsibilities:
You will be using many systems within the workplace such as - CASH, Signable, Paymentsense and Gocashless to do the following duties.
- Booking in jobs for the engineers.
- Arranging surveys for the sales team.
- Dealing with incoming emails using outlook
- Taking payments using our bespoke finance systems
- Creating and chasing invoices.
- Closing down jobs.
- Ordering stock.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls.
- Adhoc duties for the managing director.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to learn
- Eager to succeed
- Great organisational skills
- Ambition and strong work ethic
- Works well as part of a tram but also independently
Additional Information:
- Salary - £16k - £18.5k – commission pay and performance bonuses also available
- Future salary will be reviewed
