Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for all telephone calls, emails, and reception queries, ensuring a professional and welcoming approach. Supporting service users, families, and staff with enquiries, triaging to the appropriate person or department.
  • Maintaining accurate records, filing systems, and databases in line with confidentiality and GDPR requirements on Care Planner and internal shared drives.
  • Assisting with scheduling meetings via MS Teams, managing diaries on MS Outlook, and preparing documents when required through MS Word.
  • Assisting with elements of recruitment through Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Recruit Genie, including screening calls, arranging interviews, and providing additional support when required. You will become a systems expert on this.
  • Providing general support, including typing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry and collaborating with other areas of the business with routine tasks, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring it is distributed or processed promptly.
  • Liaising with external stakeholders and partners in a professional manner, promoting a positive image of Keane Premier Support Services.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • A professional, friendly, and approachable manner.
  • Confidence in handling phone calls and face-to-face queries.
  • Good IT literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
  • Flexibility to provide cover at more than one office when required.

Salary: £18,525 per annum.

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.

Upon completion of your apprenticeship there is the possibility to continue your role at Keane Premier Group! At the end, as well as the valuable experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
