The Advice Centre Ltd currently provide two main forms of assistance to clients. Firstly, Amazon/marketing advice (strategic and digital) to clients through the AMZ Advice Centre and Marketing Advice Centres. Secondly, practical Amazon/eCommerce/marketing activities through the agencies (The Marketing Agency/AMZAgency).

Overview:

The role will involve a varied and exciting range of activities both helping to provide advice/support to clients of The Advice Centre Ltd as well as assisting in the marketing of the business generally to attract further clients. Confident use of dealing with customers on the phone/Zoom calls etc would be an important consideration.

Responsibilities: 

  • Customer service and support via Zoho Desk, tracking time with ZohoTime
  • Marketing, e-commerce, and business growth advice for SMEs and global brands
  • Sales administration including booking calls and liaising with clients
  • Content creation: Photoshop/Canva, Premiere Pro, and content writing (Amazon listings, blogs, etc)
  • Search engine optimization (SEO) and managing social media campaigns (FB, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • ChatGPT/AI integration for projects and marketing campaigns
  • Project work for clients, including video development, live streaming, and webinars
  • General admin such as managing calendars, reporting to Lead Account Manager/Directors and supporting marketing campaigns

Entry requirements:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working hours:

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
