Responsibilities:
- Learn and become an expert using “Profile” – our CRM System – to complete compliance checks, input client and applicant data for new and existing accounts
- Creating and developing new clients leads using Linkedin and search engines
- Designing marketing mailers on Canva and distributing them with Outlook
- Formatting documents using Office 365
- Working collaboratively with teams in the business to create a social media footprint on Facebook and Instagram
- Participate in meetings, pitches, and client interactions, delivering excellent presentations using Microsoft Powerpoint
- Communicating with clients and candidates through Outlook
Required skills:
- A passion for working with people
- Excellent computer skills - these will be enhanced with your apprenticeship training
- Take pride in your work and enjoy being organised
- Can think for yourself and enjoy solving problems
- A valid driving license or working towards drivers license
Salary:
Starting salary of £20,000 per annum with regular performance and salary reviews for this to increase!
Working hours:
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm for the first 6 months then flexibility to be scheduled into your rota.
