Overview:
We invest heavily in the recruitment and training of Apprentices and we are currently seeking an ambitious individual for a Data Apprentice position within our established recruitment business in Manchester.
The organisation is growing and becoming more efficient through the use of technology and data driven decision making and are looking for an eager and enthusiastic applicant to become an apprentice to help with this period of growth.
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Work in conjunction with the data team to ensure all weekly reporting and systems tasks are complete
- Complete and perform checks on the weekly payroll export files
- Assist in the distribution of any necessary Power BI reports
- Respond to queries from stakeholders regarding the CRM system
Your role and responsibilities will develop throughout the Apprenticeship as you becomes more comfortable within Microsoft Excel and the companies internal systems.

Entry requirements:
- 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
- Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
