The business continues to develop new products, find new markets and new customers and they are searching for their newest apprentice to join the business as a Digital Product apprentice!
Responsibilities:
- Become a product champion and provide key product advice for all customers and channels globally via MS Outlook, creating PowerPoint presentations via MS PowerPoint alongside the marketing team and providing customer support on Teams calls
- You will be first point of contact for clients via numerous communication channels such as WeChat and Lime
- Lead the product training program for peers and customers, collaborating with internally and externally about new products and functions
- Provide post-sales technical support by becoming a champion for the product
- Identify market and product opportunities improve existing products and shape new products, logging information on MS Dynamics and in-house software Concord
- Be part of the Product Launch Team
- Play an active role in resolving product issues and taking ownership for feedback
- Contribute to the business planning process
Desirable skills & experience:
- Minimum 3 Highers, ideally in English, Maths or one other stem subject
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Thrives working in a fast moving environment where flexibility and agility are key
- Experience working in a product team
- A passion for products and international travel!
Salary:
£17,500 per annum
Working hours:
Monday to Thursday 8am – 4pm, Friday 8am – 1pm (these can be adjusted to suit public transport needs)
