Overview: 
While working towards your apprenticeship in Multi-Channel Marketing, you will support the trading team by compiling weekly reports and analysing key factors affecting trading performance. 

Your role will involve using Google Analytics to optimise customer behavior on the website, maintaining and updating the site for new product launches, ensuring high merchandising standards, and managing key navigational elements. 
We seek a quick learner with strong analytical, IT, and communication skills to enhance the online shopping experience and drive e-commerce success.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: 

  • Support the trading team in compiling weekly reports and understanding key factors driving current trading performance 
  • Utilise Google Analytics to analyse customer behavior and optimise search, category, and product pages 
  • Ensure an exceptional online shopping experience by keeping the website updated with new product launches and trends through regular website maintenance 
  • Review top product and category pages daily to optimise performance 
  • Assist in reviewing new product launches to ensure merchandising standards are met and effectively communicate product benefits to customers 
  • Maintain key navigational elements on the website, such as main navigation options and search page filters 

What are we looking for: 
Skills & experience: 

  • Quick learner with the ability to pick up new skills efficiently 
  • Comfortable working in an office environment and collaborating with diverse teams 
  • Excellent numeracy and analytical skills 
  • Good IT skills - able to use or quickly learn Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook 
  • Basic Knowledge in HTML, CSS, or Website Management 
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, in person, by telephone, and by email 
  • Strong time management & organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload 

Entry requirements:

  • 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
