They are looking for a driven and confident IT assistant to work alongside their IT manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to take your first step in the IT sector. 

This organization invests massively in young people, previously taking on apprentices in Admin, IT and Marketing. You will be engaging in many other departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the setup of Wildix and Sip Trunk Call Manager and occupying phone numbers
  • Managing helpdesk for asset management and troubleshooting for internal customers
  • Managing users within the Card Payment Portal and Cloud Receipt applications
  • Managing Office 365 users and email addresses of employees
  • Setup, maintaining and repairing of office IT equipment for employees
  • Maintaining company websites and social media
  • Training and support for engineers using company applications
  • Maintenance of CRM once installed and running
  • Full training will be provided

Salary:

£12,740 - £14,560 per annum

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

  • Salary increase after 6 months

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
