This organization invests massively in young people, previously taking on apprentices in Admin, IT and Marketing. You will be engaging in many other departments.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the setup of Wildix and Sip Trunk Call Manager and occupying phone numbers
- Managing helpdesk for asset management and troubleshooting for internal customers
- Managing users within the Card Payment Portal and Cloud Receipt applications
- Managing Office 365 users and email addresses of employees
- Setup, maintaining and repairing of office IT equipment for employees
- Maintaining company websites and social media
- Training and support for engineers using company applications
- Maintenance of CRM once installed and running
- Full training will be provided
Required skills:

Salary:
£12,740 - £14,560 per annum
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
