As a Digital Project Apprentice, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within the organisation. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first line support to the project team, including scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, and organizing project-related documentation using Microsoft Office applications
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements, establish timelines, and allocate resources effectively using Microsoft Project software
- Assist in the planning and coordination of project activities, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables via Kanban board software
- Support the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets using ServiceNow
- Monitor project progress and track key milestones, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise
- Assist in conducting regular project status meetings and prepare status reports for stakeholders
- Assist in managing project documentation and maintaining project files and records
- Assist in the evaluation of project outcomes and lessons learned for future improvement

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Salary:
£18,000 per annum
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Throughout your learning journey, you are fully supported by your dedicated QA skills coach and your mentor at work. They ensure you settle in, help you develop all the skills you need to be successful in your job role and pass your assessments, and can provide one to one support.
Starting with insights into your current potential, they plan your growth in a programmatic way, close skills gaps with immersive training and ensure what you learn is applicable to what you do. They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.
On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
