Responsibilities:
- Working in first line support assisting with assigning tickets, passing tickets up the line or completing these tickets
- Opening unassigned tickets and cross checking department and location
- Troubleshooting devices on campus
- Using CCM for all device management
- Updating software on devices as per class demands
- Monitoring hardware repairs
- Logging staff and student laptop loans via Excel
- Assisting with network connectivity with PC’s

Salary:
£18,000 per annum
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (Flexible time available)
