Employer Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an international music agency as an administrator. We work in an extremely fast paced environment and are looking for someone who possesses the following attributes

Vacancy Description:

A permanent, full time (Monday to Friday) administrative support officer role.
The role is a hybrid of office and home working although will be predominantly office based during the initial training period. Hours can be flexible to a degree.

Key Duties:

  • The successful candidate will be supporting the main agents within a fast paced, demanding environment.
  • Day to day you will be providing administrative support to the agents, artists and key clients. This will be in person, on the phone and via email.
  • You will be providing artists with their weekly show itineraries where total accuracy is an absolute must, making crucial logistics arrangements, as well as other general administrative duties.

The ability to work accurately under pressure and being very well organised is the key to this role.

Desirable Skills:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines under pressure
  • Computer literate with a proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes
  • Good communicator face to face, via email and have an excellent telephone manner
  • Graphic design and social media experience is a bonus but not essential  

Personal Qualities:

  • Well disciplined and the ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Highly motivated and keen to progress 

Entry Requirements:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
