We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team! This is a permanent role working in the office based in Kilsyth, Glasgow. In this role, you will be primarily assisting management with a range of vitally important duties to ensure customers’ needs are met and the company adheres to all regulatory requirements. What will I be doing?
- Learn how to use trackers for vehicle movements on system called Live Tracking to update customers on where vehicles are to give accurate estimate on visit times
- Use of Sage for invoicing and reviewing and also a finance system called VT
- Will learn how to produce reports on Excel for sending to customers and for our own internal records
- Develop your communication skills through liaising with customers and suppliers
- Learn how to manage stock levels on Excel ensuring there is enough stock on hand while also ensuring we maintain a lean operation
- Learn to manage your workload making sure that customer and management expectations are met at all times
What do I need to be successful?
- Good timekeeping skills
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
- Desire to begin a career and learn new things
Salary:
£13,500 per annum
Working week:
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
