Overview:
We have an exciting Level 3 Data Apprenticeship role available, with an immediate start at ZF in Peterlee to join our newly expanding team.

The role will be to join our Inventory Systems team and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our inventory reporting requirements and to provide analysis of all aspects relating to inventories for our plant's inventory requirements, inventory reporting and scrap.

During your role you will be learning virtually on the job through a Level 3 Microsoft Data Essentials Apprenticeship in partnership with QA Ltd, where you will learn the key fundamental skills for a future in Data Analytics. 

Salary:
£15,500 per annum.

Duties:

  • Daily, weekly & monthly data analysis & inventory reporting
  • Monitoring & management of inventory systems & interfaces
  • Processing of inventory adjustments & cycle count results in SAP
  • Analysis of inventory discrepancies in order to determine root-cause and recommend solutions
  • Other ad hoc activities as directed by the Inventory Controller

Entry requirements:

  • 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
