Overview:
You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills and experience as you complete a IT Cloud Network Specialist - Level 3 Apprenticeship. 

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Answering phones to support and deal with first line support tasks and tickets 
  • Manage & prioritise workload to deliver operational excellence 
  • Troubleshooting and providing IT Support to clients 
  • Updating CRM in accordance with tickets to ensure they are dealt with promptly 
  • Help to keep all stored IT equipment organised at all times 
  • Create logins and manage user permissions (password resets etc.) 
  • Working on hosted phone systems and understanding the vendor platforms 

What we are looking for: 
Desirable skills: 

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft tools such as 365 
  • You must be self-motivated and be able to use your own initiative to solve day-to-day problems 
  • You need to possess first-class customer service skills 
  • Understanding common IT issues and having knowledge of networking if possible 
  • ‘Hands on’ approach and a willingness to learn 
  • Flexible, pro-active approach 
  • Good written and oral communication skills with a professional telephone manner 
  • Strong customer service skills

  • Good time keeping and polite manner
  • Smartly dressed and hygienic

Entry requirements: 

  • 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject 
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above) 
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject 

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Salary: 
£12,500 – £14,000 per annum. (dependant on experience)

Working week: 
9am - 5pm, 
Monday to Friday,
37.5 hours per week.
