You will be responsible for:
- Providing desktop support, assisting users with IT issues where necessary
- Building/installing user devices, applying patching and installing relevant software
- Supporting and maintaining hardware and software
- Performing daily checks on systems and solutions
- Working with and maintaining a Hybrid cloud Microsoft Active Directory domain environment
- Document procedures
- Testing equipment, identifying faults and where possible carrying out repairs on site
- Referring more complex faults back to the manufacturer for repair
- Keeping all software used legal, licensed, and recorded
- Managing our IT asset management software
- Writing up support documents providing users with self-help guidance
You will need the following skills:

Salary:
£16,000 per annum
Working week:
Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

Important information:
Throughout your apprenticeship you are supported by your skills coach and your account manager. They work with your line manager to ensure you settle in, help you develop all the skills you need to pass your assessments, and can provide one to one support.
At the end, as well as the valuable experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification.
