Overview:
We are now looking for an eager candidate to join us as an apprentice. 
You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete a Digital Marketing - Level 3 Apprenticeship. 

Duties: [will include, but not be limited to:] 

  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscape 
  • Support the sales team in lead generation, prospecting, and customer relationship management 
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and update sales and marketing materials 
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights for improvement 
  • Engage with customers through various communication channels to address inquiries and provide information 
  • Contribute to and ultimately take over management of current social media (LinkedIn and Twitter) including content creation, and evaluation of other social media and if appropriate, to launch new channels 
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and marketing metrics 
  • Produce SEO-optimised articles for our website and social media 

What we are looking for: 
Desirable skills: 

  • Copywriting social posts, long form articles and email campaigns 
  • Interest in social media – we use LinkedIn and Twitter 
  • Ability to speak to customers and a broad range of colleagues including sales, operations and our trainers 
  • Data-aware – you will need to navigate our database (Pipedrive) and the analytics of our marketing campaigns to monitor what works and what doesn’t 
  • Excellent customer service skills 

Entry requirements:

  • 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working week:
Monday – Friday,
9:00am - 5:30pm (37.5hrs a week) 

Salary:
£15,000 - £16,000 per annum.

Future prospects:
90% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship.
