Salary Package: £20,000 per annum
The role
You will be joining exciting IT company on the wave of change. We will support your apprenticeship journey by providing mentoring and training to enable you to provide hardware and software support to our customers. Much of your work will be in the field and a company vehicle is provided.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, replace and repair a variety of PC products both hardware and software based in the field.
- Assist other engineers in the delivery of service to our customers.
- Communicate throughout the day to gain full understanding of the customer’s requirements and manage call details.
- Respond to requests for information from your line manager.
- Represent SCC in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Attend training classes.
- Ensure all your apprentice assignments and SCC training is completed on time.

Entry requirements:
- 3 GCSE’s (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
- Full UK driving Licence
- Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
- SC Clearance is required
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
