Vacancy Description

To effectively provide office support to the Bid & Proposal Team whilst learning about business operations and tender processes. This will cover completing questionnaires, pre-qualifications, tenders, and commercial proposals for current and potential customers. 

The role will incur daily use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel,  Word, Powerpoint, Team plus various in-house web portals. Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Assisting with checking daily sources for new tender opportunities
  • Assisting with completing customer questionnaires and compliance documents
  • Assisting with the maintenance of central register of all tenders being submitted and outcomes of these
  • Ensuring all policies are in date and liaising with other departments for new certificates
  • Assisting with annual maintenance of Content Library
  • Assisting in the preparation of Group PQQ’s, tenders, proposals, and account renewals
  • Assisting with the updating of Local Authority central information Excel spreadsheet
  • Assisting with monthly Local Authority revenue checking
