Working hours:
Monday-Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Friday: 8:30am - 2:30pm.
Salary - £14,000 per annum

What's Involved?
Inex Works are looking to take on a Business Support Apprentice who will be part of a team playing a key part of maintaining client records and supporting the busy office function. Your role will include:
- Utilise Microsoft Packages including Outlook, Word and Excel to support business functions
- Manage Invoices via Sage
- Coordinate customer appointment bookings
- Speak to clients over the phone to maintain and update client records
- Greet clients into the premises and log visitors
- Administrative functions such as scanning, filing etc.
- Manage the company WhatsApp group to liaise with clients
