Due to an exciting period of growth, Vertex Roofing are looking for an Administration Apprentice to join their friendly team based in their head office Rutherglen. Your role will involve working alongside the office manager assisting with all administration tasks as well as liaising with customers both over the phone, face to face and email.

Vacancy Description:
- Utilising internal CRM Joblogic to input data
- Create records for new enquiries recorded on Excel spreadsheet.
- Accurately inputting data onto Microsoft Excel
- Daily use of Microsoft Outlook to respond to emails
- Point of contact for customers both face to face and telephone
- Utilising Microsoft packages daily (word, excel, powerpoint)
Personal Qualities:
- High Level of organisation and the ability to multitask
- Bright, positive, and can-do attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Basic understand of Microsoft Packages
Additional Information:
- Salary - £12,000 - £14,000 per annum DOE
- Working Hours - Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM
