IT Helpdesk Apprentice

We are looking for a passionate IT Helpdesk Apprentice to join our team.  Could this be you?

As the apprentice, you log tickets, troubleshoot issues, and provide support to clients, with on the job mentoring and first-class support from our own industry professionals.

Salary: £15,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Covering the helpdesk as part of our friendly team
  • Providing top quality support to clients
  • Problem-solving
  • Troubleshooting
  • Support with backups, email and password resets for your colleagues
  • Configuring software and hardware for our end-users
