Scotch Whisky Auctions is one of the UK's biggest whisky online auction sites with auctions running every month. The international licensed drinks supplier is based in Glasgow city centre and has supported a multitude of apprentices to success, many of which are still within the business.

Job Role

Scotch Whisky Auctions are looking for a motivated, computer savvy individual to provide digital support to their logistics team. The successful candidate will receive training from QA to achieve an SCQF Level 6 Diploma in Digital Applications Support.

Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm

Main Responsibilities

•    Inputting & updating data into internal software system SAP
•    Managing staffing on-line diaries and appointment scheduling through outlook
•    Updating and managing company email inquiry box
•    Booking and processing client orders through sap system
•    Accounts & invoicing of clients through software systems
•    Updating and managing internal excel files
•    Supporting logistics team with all administration needs
•    All other ad hoc admin such as answering calls and reception duties

•    Good attention to detail
