This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and dynamic individual. The successful candidate will concentrate on assisting, developing and strengthening our award-winning work within the Health and Social Care market in Scotland. 

Full time – Monday to Friday - 8:45am – 5:00pm (1 hour lunch break)

What's Involved?

You will be providing support to The Social Care Community Partnership recruitment team while working towards a qualification of your own. Working full-time you will be supporting with candidate queries, calls, interviews, applications, all while earning a Diploma in Digital Applications Support and your PC Passport. 

  • Identifying and recruiting suitable staff for active vacancies – full coaching and support will be provided 
  • Mapping organisations, establishing best points of contact to discuss staffing requirements and arranging shifts for candidates via IQX – shift pattern software.
  • Dealing with candidate queries, calls, interviews, applications and support with placing staff into temporary contract, relief and permanent employment opportunities using Outlook.
  • Use Zebra software for producing labels which you will receive training on.
  • Over time, be supported through improving business development and both client and candidate engagement using Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn to increase awareness. 
  • Mail shots, advertising and marketing of our services to those in the Health and Social Care sector
  • Conducting updates with candidates on availability, needs of clients and producing regular reports to assist with the smooth running and development of our organisation. 
  • Follow all aspects of Care Governance and compliance in line with National Care Standards

  • Attention to detail
  • Self-confidence and good articulation
  • Ability to demonstrate an empathy and understanding of the sector
  • Experience within the Health and Social Care industry
