Overview: 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 1st Line Technician Apprentice to join our growing InVentry support dream team. 
This team is a vital part of the organisation, as we’re the first point of call for thier 8,000+ customer base (and growing!). 
We aim to make customers feel part of the team, working closely together to resolve technical issues. 

Salary:

£16,000 - £18,000 per annum.

Working week:

40 hours a week,

8.00am or 8.30am - 5.00pm or 5.30pm. 

Duties:

  • Answering incoming calls and chats 
  • Responding to and working on support tickets 
  • Managing assigned tickets in a timely manner, ensuring customers are kept up to date
  • Ensuring all queries / issues are logged accurately on our ticketing system (Zendesk)

What we are looning for:
Skills/Experience:

  • Experience with Technologies such as Zendesk, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 other Cloud Systems

Personal qualities:

  • Strong ability to problem-solve and thinking logically
  • Friendly, warm and welcoming

  • Drive for personal development

Entry requirements:
The entry requirements for this Cloud Network Specialist programme are as follows:

  • 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
