This experienced apprentice opportunity in Calne provides opportunity to join our friendly, professional team. You will be working to design, deliver and execute the marketing plans across the group company, which consists of an industry leading recruitment agency, highly respect acquisition brokerage and a new online academy.

We fully embrace professional development, with our Managing Director joining as an apprentice and recently completing Level 7 Masters apprenticeship. This role can be offered on a Level 6 Digital Marketing Degree Apprenticeship opportunity for the right individual. You will be supported by our current Level 3 Apprentice Marketing Executive who is skilled in blog writing, script writing and SEO techniques, and is keen to learn more!

You will be responsible for:

  • Planning the marketing strategy in advance
  • Identifying topics and creating content, relevant for posting on our website, LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Writing and proofreading adverts / marketing material aimed at our target audience
  • Identifying methods to boost the website SEO performance
  • Creating and developing digital adverts for publishing on social media channels and the company website
  • Directing, filming, editing and publishing digital content (including video using a two camera setup) on a weekly basis
  • Drafting regular email newsletters
  • Creating quarterly ebooks
  • Undertaking ad-hoc projects and tasks at the request of a Director

You will need the following skills:

  • You should have current experience as a Marketing Executive or similar
  • You should be experienced with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (such as Premiere Pro, InDesign and Photoshop)

Entry requirements:

  • 2 A-level passes or equivalent Level 3 qualification
  • GCSE English at Grade C, (4+) or equivalent

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working week:

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Future prospects:

92% of QA Apprentices secure full-time employment after finishing their apprenticeship. Additionally there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer on-going development tracks.
