Who you’ll be working for:

RG Law is a successful, independently owned firm of solicitors, lawyers, probate lawyers and licensed conveyancers in England, specialising in conveyancing for residential and commercial properties, probate, wills, and estate administration.  With roots going back to 2007, when it opened its doors as RG Solicitors, it celebrated its 15th year anniversary in July 2022.

You will be responsible for:

  • Creating digital ads and using Google analytics to improve ad performance
  • Monitoring the RG Website and sending out regular posts on the website and the company intranet
  • Monitoring RGs social media presence by keeping track of reviews and sharing them with the company and introducers as well as on social media platforms
  • Coordinating RGs management team’s social media post requirements by setting up reminders and collecting items to post
  • Liaising with any introducers or agent regarding referrals and their agreements
  • Logging customer service issues and forwarding them to the relevant team member
  • Responding in an appropriate manner to customer requests
  • Sending reminders to team members and monitoring any outstanding tasks relating to a customer’s complaint log
  • Monthly commission calculations, invoicing, and reports
  • Supporting the customer service manager in all areas as required
  • Supporting the marketing manager in all areas as required
  • Working closely with the Marketing and Customer Services Director

You will need the following skills:

  • Knowledge of digital marketing and know what good customer service looks like
  • Experienced in Office 365
  • Organised
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Happy working alone or within a team
  • Competent on the phone
  • Good time management
  • Able to enter data accurately and consistently
  • Review and update data to meet deadlines and targets
  • Share information using various forms of communication either phone, email, Teams, social media and or text message
  • Reviewing service performance
  • Monitoring and reporting on performance data

Entry requirements:

The entry requirements for this programme are as follows:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • The learner must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

37.5 hours per week

Future prospects:

92% of QA Apprentices secure full-time employment after finishing their apprenticeship. Additionally there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer on-going development tracks.

To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
