Who you’ll be working for:

ITC Secure is an advisory-led cyber security services company that brings together the best minds in security, a relentless focus on customer service and advanced technological expertise to help businesses succeed.

What’s in it for you:

You will gain experience of running reports, analysing data and supporting Senior PMs and Cyber Consultants in requests for data. You will work closely with the PMO Team Manager and Operations Manager for Professional Services.

You will be responsible for:

  • Setting up projects with essential data inputs in company tool ‘Klient’ to enable required business processes
  • Collecting data and analysing timesheet reports from time reporting platform and manipulating into contextualised management reports/graphs
  • Providing committed project and cyber assignments consumption data to Senior Project Managers and Cyber Consultants
  • Running established team reports for other ITC departments, g. Finance
  • Developing new methods and improving process and data flow through TC
  • Recording, analysing and presenting Project Delivery and Cyber planned actual data for use in forecasting future work by type of work discipline
  • Improving current forecast process and model
  • Setting up new processes and data flow for forecasting, analysing data and presenting in suitable format to communicate to ITC stakeholders
  • Supporting and co-ordinating penetration test projects
  • Supporting the Quality Assurance team and conducting editorial reviews on a variety of documents, time permitting
  • Gaining an understanding of the PMO procedures, methods and tools (PMT)
  • Gaining and maintaining an understanding of ITC culture

You will need the following skills:

  • Previous work experience
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders (both written, verbal and graphical)
  • Be able to work under pre-determined or ad-hoc dead-line requirements
  • Willingness to learn, communicate and co-operate with other PS team members

Entry requirements:

The entry requirements for this programme are as follows:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working week:

37.5 hours per week, 09:00 - 17:30
