Alto – Apprentice IT Engineer

The successful 2 candidates will learn how to identify issues, problem solve and handle support calls to end users. They will be learning and working alongside a team of experienced professionals who promote a healthy culture. With full on the job training, you will also earn a Modern Apprenticeship as an IT Professional at SCQF Level 6
Key Responsibilities:
- Learning and displaying a high level of customer service
- Effective and timely technical support to Alto’s clients and other internal technical units
- Handling an internal ticketing system, completing requests where appropriate
- Resetting client passwords following change management
- Learn about current operating systems and standard software packages
- Engage in training opportunities to further develop skills and knowledge in key areas, such as desktop support, networking and operating systems
- Learn and practice change and risk management
- Learn how to triage inbound calls and perform initial troubleshooting routine

Future Career Progression:
