Who you’ll be working for:

What’s in it for you:

You will be working with the Graphic Design and Marketing lead to help assist on various graphic design and marketing assets. We are looking for a flexible and versatile individual who will, under guidance and direction, help us maintain a strong and consistent brand. This will be done through a wide range of marketing channels and through consistency of the products we deliver.

You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting on marketing, communications and assets for 2023
  • Assisting on ensuring consistency with branding assets and brand templates
  • Working alongside the Graphic Design and Marketing lead in accordance with our brand guidelines for content
  • Ensuring there is a consistent approach to all design collateral across CSA
  • Supporting strategies and tactics to attract identified sectors
  • Reviewing performance analysis on campaigns

You will need the following skills:

  • The right attitude and mindset to learn on the job
  • Communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • The ability to be guided by the Graphic Design and Marketing lead at high level and deliver best possible options against this guidance
  • Previous experience and knowledge of tools required to deliver against the objectives - (Adobe Suite, Canva)
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • A portfolio of previous graphic design/marketing work
  • Ability to manage your own time to ensure delivery of all the requirements against your role and responsibilities
  • Self-starter – you will be home based (however there may be opportunities to meet with the local team depending on your location)

Entry requirements:

The entry requirements for this programme are as follows:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • The learner must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working week:

37.5 hours per week

Future prospects:

92% of QA Apprentices secure full-time employment after finishing their apprenticeship. Additionally there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer on-going development tracks.
