Do you want to work for a highly regarded Consulting Civil and Structural Engineering practice?

Ramage Young, established in 1994, are looking for an Office Admin Apprentice to join their team.

08.30 - 05.30pm Monday to Friday

 Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide administrative support in maintaining Project Cost Management (PCM) System is correct and accurate through effective management of project records, timesheets, expenses and invoices.
  • To provide administration support for project delivery, typing and filing of project reports, maintaining electronic project lists, maintaining accurate client records. eg client contact information using Microsoft Packages
  • To administer office information, updating and maintaining accurate and timely records.
  • Manage boardroom calendar and bookings, including arranging and set up of all Teams and Zoom meetings.
  • To assist in all matters associated with reception function, timely and accurate telephone response, meeting clients, arranging travel and accommodation, customer data, key logs and company car management.
  • To ensure all supplier insurances and all relevant documentation is correct and current.
  • Updating web presence (website, Facebook and Linkedin)
  • To provide accurate and timely document management, electronic and paper based, assist with correspondence in order to provide excellent customer service.

 Required Skills:

  • To be proactive in approach to all tasks, ensuring completion in a timely and efficient manner.
  • To work independently using a positive initiative and collaborative approach in order to provide excellent customer service.
  • To have flexible time management approach, with the ability to work in a pressurised environment.
