Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm
Main responsibilities
• Monitoring DB performance
• Working on Service tickets for DB updates
• Running and monitoring daily SQL jobs
• Working within the DBA team
• Liaise with the Business to enhance user experience
• Perform backup and restore of databases
• Migrate DB to cloud infrastructure
• Work to ensure the business processes are fully compliant.
Desirable Skills:
College level education
Some experience or knowledge of using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL, etc) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets would be useful
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be self-motivate for planning and executing tasks and projects.
Desired Qualifications
College level education
Qualifications in Software would be preferred
