Our services are supported by our secure and dedicated Network Operations Centre facility. A custom-designed secure space; with a best-in-class customer network, monitoring and alerting display; operated by our security cleared engineering team.

Our NOC engineer teams provide a safe, secure and consistent approach to operational activities for customers across a range of sectors and to support ongoing growth and career development we have outstanding opportunities for L1 Network Support Engineers looking to take the next step in their career.

You will provide a coordinated, consistent and effective Network Support service, resolving problems and issues in-line with documented procedures This role represents an outstanding opportunity to develop your career with an organisation that believes in supporting colleagues to achieve their potential.

4 x 12-hour Day shift 7am – 7pm + 4 days off / 4 x 12-hour Night shift 7pm – 7am + 4 days off

Key Responsibilities:

  • 24/7 monitoring of any network issues
  • Raising tickets and troubleshooting
  • Escalation to L2/L3 when required
  • Feilding calls & emails reporting issues
  • Proactive network checks

Required Skills:

  • Excellent customer facing communication skills and the confidence, enthusiasm and drive required to deliver a first-class experience to our customers.
  • Ability to work under pressure within a busy team environment, where no two days are the same, this is key to our success.
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting network faults.
  • Able to adapt to nightwork
