Due to an exciting period of growth, Cefetra are looking for a Data Processor to join their team in Paisley. As a Data Processor Apprentice, you provide support in the daily tasks within the Data Processing Department.

Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming weights received via post & email in an accurate & timely manner.
- Reconcile contract confirmations received via post & email.
- Raise Self Bill Invoices and customer invoices for Grain commodities.
- Log all purchase invoices onto internal system.
- Scanning of all relevant documents as required.
- Creating and maintaining farm accounts using internal system.
- Checking and updating farm purchase contracts.

Additional Information
- 830AM - 530PM, Monday - Friday
- £14,000 salary.
- Salary will increase to £19,760 upon completion of apprenticeship.
