They are looking for a Digital Administration Apprentice to help the financial advisors in the office. This is a great opportunity for anyone who is interested in finance and administration.
Main Responsibilities
The role is to handle all tasks for the office:
- Completing tasks on intelligent office our back-office system
- Scanning and navigating SharePoint
- Receive and respond to email messages using outlook
- Schedule meetings
- Using Onedrive to store data
- Develop reports as requested using excel
- Perform research as needed
- Maintain filing system
- Answer telephone and direct calls Zelion phone systems
- Open & organise mail
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft office suite
- Written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Verbal communication skills be
- Able to handle multiple tasks at once
- Problem-solving skills
- Strong time management skills, budget their own time well,

Career Progression Opportunities
Following successful completion of the course a fulltime position and pay rise will be available for the right candidate. Potential salary £15k – 18k, if you continue in the roll advancement from entry level administrator to complex admin, senior admin, potentially paraplanner.
