We are a fast-growing MSP in south-east England looking to double in size over the next couple of years. We want to recruit first level support operators for our busy helpdesk and grow them into more senior roles. 

We have a low staff turnover and a high client retention rate. We need responsible, conscientious, people with a passion for helping others with technology. As we expect every person in our company strives to support and improve our clients’ encounters with IT. 

The Role: 

We need entry-level individuals with an interest and aptitude in technology, and helping clients overcome everyday IT problems.

You will be a key part of the relationship between us and our clients. You should be dependable and will be responsible to our clients. 

Salary:

£16,000 per annum.

Responsibilities: 

  • Working with end-users to support them by phone, remote support, and even on-site when necessary.
  • Using and managing Microsoft 365 and related applications.
  • Working with Windows and Mac PCs, Android and Apple phones, & Windows and Linux servers.
  • Answer phones.
  • Answer incoming queries from customers.

What we are looking for:

Your skills and experience:

  • Good telephone manner
  • Strong written English skills
  • Demonstrated aptitude with technology 

Entry requirements: 

The entry requirements for this Azure Cloud Support Specialist programme are as follows:

  • 3 GCSE’s (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subject 

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme. 

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

  • CompTIA Network+ & Security+
