WM Donnelly & Co have been established for over sixty-one years! Our company has a large maintenance division dealing with a wide range of gas, electrical and solid fuel appliances as well as plumbing repairs both internal and external.

Our phones are manned 24 hours a day, seven days a week therefore, all of our services are available to both private and commercial customers 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

As an Office Administrator you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for any customer enquiries and deal with suppliers
  • Booking in customer appointments via Job Logic (company system)
  • Speaking to customers via phone and email in a polite and professional manner
  • Raising Purchase Orders and invoices via Sage
  • Updating jobs on their in-house system and allocating to engineers
  • Using Microsoft packages to update databases and spreadsheets with customer and supplier info
  • Responding to emails
  • Other general office duties as when required by management

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
  • Excellent time management
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Good organisational skills and be able to prioritise own workload
  • Motivated and self-driven

  • Mon - Tues 8:30am-5pm Wed-Fri 12pm-8pm (1 in 4 weekend day - day off in the week)
