Their plans allow customers the opportunity to pre-arrange their funeral and everything that goes with it - saving their family the worry and expense, taking a weight off their mind when the time comes.

You will operate as a Digital Support apprentice and will be driven, detail orientated and conscientious. You will be in safe hands - Golden Charter have supported several apprentices via QA. These ex-apprentices will be on hand to mentor you.

Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

What your day will look like:

  • Ensure payments to funeral directors are paid on time and accurately.
  • Liaise with customers and funeral directors through inbound calls and emails.
  • Provide and process Funeral Director Invoice Amounts (FDIA) and provide plan quotes
  • Process payments and direct debit mandates
  • Input information received via Customer Wishes forms into the Anubis system
  • Gather details of defective plans from system and pass to sales channels to allow them to follow up on obtaining defect resolution
  • Participating in team buzzes and requesting help where necessary
  • Reconciliation of physical plan applications received against details logged on Microsoft Excel spreadsheet
  • Scan application forms into Invu system and capture four key pieces of customer information
  • Open and distribute all mail and organise Head Office mail ahead of collection by Royal Mail
