This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team based at our Head Office in Uddingston. We are looking for someone who is confident on the telephone and keen to learn. You will be assisting with a variety of tasks in our busy office and providing a high level of service to our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Updating candidate and client information onto company CRM System on a daily basis
- Using Microsoft Word to edit and format CVS and upload to database
- Responding to candidate emails using Microsoft Outlook
- Managing email campaigns
- Use Linkedin to post vacancies and source suitable candidates
- Meeting and greeting candidates
- General ad hoc duties as when requested by management
Required Skills:
- Good Written & Verbal Communication skills
- Well presented
- Organised and be able to prioritise own workload
- Good knowledge of social media platforms
- Outgoing, fun and a confident individual
- Team player
- Willingness to learn
Additional Information:
- Salary - £13,000 per annum
- Salary increase on completion of apprenticeship
- Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-4pm
- 24 days annual leave plus Xmas leave
- 1 day holiday on your birthday
