Prime Secure hold a rich history with QA and onboarding apprentices in general, developing them in their professional career and giving them a platform to grow!
You will be coordinating the technical processes throughout the company. Acting as 1st line support while liaising with the engineering team, working to KPI's while providing accurate system checks. No day will look the same and that's what's so exciting about this position! Along with this, you will go on to complete to complete your IT Professionals Apprenticeship Diploma with QA. In year one you will receive an SCQF Level 6, and the successful person will have the opportunity to work towards an SCQF level 8 in their second.

- Stock (Asset) Overview Management
- Weekly & Monthly Audits
- Department Call Handling
- Liaise with Engineering Team
- Monitoring Station Correspondence
