Overview:
We are looking to hire 3 Digital Application Support Apprentice's to provide a high level of support across O365 products, including SharePoint and Teams.
You will be responsible for providing End-user support and training throughout the business and will become a 'Super User' in O365 products.
Salary - £17,000 per annum.
Working week – Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm.

As a Digital Application Support Apprentice you will:
- Build a user-friendly knowledge base of the products and the latest updates.
- Create and action live webinars and face to face presentations to Global staff on the O365 product suite.
- Take responsibility and complete the ticket life cycle of any training issues passed from the service desk.
- Provide reporting and analytics to IT Senior team on the products supported.
- Work with the IT teams to structure a continual plan of improvement across the O365 platform.
- Identify new modules and how they will benefit the Business needs.
- Keep up to date with the products releases and provide continual training for the added functionality.
