A but bout Subcold:

Subcold Ltd is an exciting and fast-paced business within the online retail industry. They are on a mission to manufacture best-in-class refrigerators using only the highest quality materials and the latest innovations in cooling technology.

You will be:

  • Inputting and processing internal documents - including our internal returns process, posting stock back to inventory and collating monthly reports using the system Linnworks
  • Monitoring of mailboxes with the system Edesk and Outlook - online helpdesk, live chat helpline and personal email - Developing a knowledge and understanding of our internal systems such as using Googledocs/Google Drive.
  • Processing of sales orders and return orders
  • Learning everything about our products
  • Working on any ad hoc admin tasks, answering phone calls, customer service enquiries.

What we’re looking for:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A high level of customer service
  • Attention to detail
  • Previous administration experience and knowledge of Google Docs would be advantageous for this role but not essential
  • Ability to prioritise and exceptional organisational skills.
  • Ability to react positively to day-to-day challenges.
  • Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks
  • Be able to work comfortably alone as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage a small team to work efficiently

Your working hours:

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm (rotational Saturday shift also also 10am - 2pm)

To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
