Overview:

We are now looking for an eager candidate to join us as a Digital Marketing Level 3 Apprentice.

This role offers the unique opportunity to develop your digital marketing skills within a company that is currently embarking on an exciting digital transformation. 

You will have an individual development plan in place to support your professional development along with gaining the practical skills, whilst working towards achieving a formal qualification in Digital Marketing.

Role Summary & Purpose:

  • To support the planning, creation, implementation and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns and activities across a wide range of our product categories.
  • These digital campaigns are designed to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across a variety of social media platforms, as well as other digital marketing channels.

Main responsibilities:

This will be a first step into digital marketing and duties will include:

  • Managing the web site & CMS (content management system)
  • Editing the website & creating new pages and content
  • Creating SEO (search engine optimisation) of blog articles aligned to wider marketing plan
  • Managing our social media channels (LinkedIn/Facebook/Instagram/Pinterest), building & sending newsletters
  • Using Salesforce Marketing cloud to create and send email communications to external customers
  • Conducting keyword research and web statistics reporting
  • Assisting with general digital marketing admin responsibility
  • Supporting the trade marketing & design team, the marketing teams and product managers for the UK

  • Increase traffic to website by developing various acquisition channels

Language skills:

  • Must be fluent in both written and spoken English
  • French as an additional language would be advantageous, but not essential for the role

Entry requirements:

The entry requirements for this programme are as follows:

  • 3 GCSE’s (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • The learner must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Salary:

£16,500 per annum.

Future prospects:

92% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship. Additionally, there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programmes offer on-going development tracks.
