QA and LTSB are in partnership with The NatWest Group and are looking for young people who are passionate about starting a career in digital and technology to join a range of  apprenticeship opportunities in permanent roles

 

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about digital, technology data and innovation with a willingness to learn. We are also looking for aspiring software developers so if you have experience of coding / programming this would be ideal for the software developer roles. There is no minimum academic criteria for entry.

 

You will join as an apprentice and complete all relevant learning leading to an ICT & Telecommunications Diploma at SCQF levels 6/8.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital & Data Programme - Bootcamp

 

QA are offering places on LTSB's three-week interactive Digital & Data programmes where you will receive employability training, interaction with NatWest staff and Q&A sessions, gain insight into the culture at NatWest, Interview prep work and advice from LTSB alumni on their apprenticeships.

 

Successful completion of the LTSB progamme guarantees you an interview with NatWest for a permanent role. You don’t need previous experience, but you do need to show evidence of a genuine interest in the sector.

 

Programme start date is 04/07/2022

 

What’s included?

 

  • Three-week programme delivered online
  • Interaction with NatWest Group staff during the programme to give
  • you an insight into the role and the culture of the bank
  • Guaranteed interview for the specific role and apprenticeship (for all candidates who complete the programme)

 

Required Skills:

  • 16-24 years old (if you are disabled or care experienced you can apply up to 29 years)
  • Educated at a state school
  • You may have been entitled to Free School Meals or Pupil Premium atsome point in your education (English schools)

 

These roles are open to people of any background – we are specifically looking for young people who were eligible for free school meals, or from areas of low attainment, or have faced personal disadvantage.

 

You won’t be able to join the programme if you have the same or equivalent qualification, or work experience at a similar level in a similar field. This may include a related apprenticeship, a university degree or a role in which you may have developed similar skills.

Additional Information:

  • Salary - £19,125 per annum
  • Monday to Friday 9 a.m. – 5.30 p.m.
