Overview:

We are now looking for an eager candidate to join us as an apprentice.

You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete a Digital Marketing - Level 3 Apprenticeship.

The overarching purpose of the Moore (South) marketing team is to support the business in retaining and maximising existing clients, helping to win new clients and managing and enhancing the Moore (South) brand online.

The digital marketing apprentice will play a key role in supporting the marketing team to deliver our strategic plans.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support the team on developing and posting social media communications
  • Learn about the importance of data for the firm and assist in keeping the data up-to-date on the business' CRM system
  • Using social media scheduling tools to plan content into our content calendar
  • Support the marketing team in organising events and webinars
  • Support on the production of bid and tender opportunities including, proof reading and formatting text
  • Researching and writing content that is optimised for the website (SEO)
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Take notes at local marketing and central marketing meetings
  • Support the marketing team in delivering quarterly CSR marketing campaigns across our five offices.

What we are looking for:

  • Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently.
  • An interest in using social media.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Organisation and time management.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience in Microsoft 

Personal qualities:

  • Willingness to learn about digital marketing and best practice
  • You’ll have a creative spark and be confident to suggest ideas.
  • You’ll have an understanding of the marketing mix and be eager to immerse yourself in the role to develop your skills.
  • You will have a willingness to help others and a passion to learn. 

Entry requirements:

The entry requirements for this programme are as follows:

  • 3 GCSE’s (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • The learner must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship in a similar subject 

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme. 

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

On satisfactory completion of the apprenticeship Moore South would like to make an offer of full-time employment.
