Overview:

We are now looking for an eager candidate to join us as an apprentice.

You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete a Digital Marketing Level 3 Apprenticeship.

The successful candidate will help support the day to day running of our small and busy office. No two days in the office are exactly the same and this is a varied role, so a proactive and enthusiastic personality is vital.

This person will be exposed to all aspects of the business including supporting the marketing team and learning how to manage social media and digital campaigns as well as the daily fulfilment of orders received through our e-commerce channels.

This is a great opportunity for the right person to learn on the job, achieve and develop their skills while contributing to the growth of the business.

The apprentice will work closely with all other staff.

Previous industry experience is not required, and full training will be supplied. All we ask for is enthusiasm, a can-do approach and willingness to learn.

Position: Digital Marketing & Process Assistant 

This role is a full-time office-based role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and contribute to digital strategies and campaigns
  • Create content for Websites, Email Marketing and Social Media Platforms
  • Analyse data to evaluate the success and impact of digital marketing activities
  • Support the customer service and digital marketing teams by learning to manage enquiries and requests from customers and press/influencers
  • Support the daily processing and fulfilment of customer orders
  • Process returns, samples and gifting stock
  • Learn how to efficiently dispatch orders using online 3rd party dispatch systems
  • Jewellery cleaning and organising in our stock room

What we are looking for:

Essential skills:

  • You will be able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and be competent in IT skills with a good working knowledge of MS Office.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude not afraid to learn or make the occasional mistake!
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate to all levels.
  • Well organised, a real eye for detail and always looking for efficiencies and better ways of doing things.
  • Able to work under their own initiative and learn new processes and manage their own workload effectively.
  • Confident to communicate to all other team members regardless of experience
  • A flexible team player able to support and integrate within a small, hardworking and friendly team

Entry requirements:

The entry requirements for this programme are as follows:

  • 3 GCSE’s (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • The learner must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme. 

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working week:

Monday – Friday, 9am to 4.30pm.

(37.5hrs a week)
