As part of the Administration Team, you will be responsible for making sure enquiries are directed to the correct person while promoting and protecting the welfare of those individuals supported. You will have involvement in meetings, presentations and be encouraged to offer positive suggestions for improvement.

 

The successful candidates will be well organised, flexible, eager to learn and be willing to assist wherever possible.

 

You will gain a Modern Apprenticeship in Digital Applications Support at SCQF Level 6 Diploma (comparable to a HNC or first year of University).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attending workshops, classroom training and participating in as many learning opportunities as possible.
  • Using Microsoft Office packages to complete tests, presentations and evaluations
  • Using Passgenius for service user care plans, checklists and reviews ensuring compliant with the Care Inspectorate instructions.
  • Using staffing system SSSC.
  • Answering phones and responding to emails, transferring to the appropriate person.
  • Attending meetings and offering suggestions for improvement. Taking minutes of these meetings and typing them up on relevant online systems and Microsoft Office Apps.
  • Uploading staff and client files on our SSSC.
  • Building professional relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Photocopying and scanning documents.
  • Inputting information on multiple systems to which you will receive training.
  • Observing and practicing health and safety procedures.
  • Positively receiving feedback.

Additional Information:

  • Salary - £12,000 per annum
  • The salary will be reviewed on completion of your Apprenticeship.
  • Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

Future Career Progression:

  • Progression opportunities will be offered on review of performance and on completion of your Apprenticeship.
