As part of a small team you will gain broad experience as you will be engaged with all aspects of the operations team. This includes using warehouse management software, online portals and the Microsoft office suite to ensure the smooth operation of the administration function for the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Works with the Commercial Director in onboarding new customers
  • Train new customers on use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Order Processing which includes uploading customers orders into the WMS and amending any orders which need amended
  • Raising weekly or monthly invoices for all the jobs Responding to support tickets raised by customers using multiple online platforms
  • Liaising with customers for any arranging deliveries into the Fulfilment Centre Organising any kitting and assembly jobs with customers and the Production Team
  • Liaising with couriers/ postal service providers and pallet carriers to arrange uplifting of stock and delivery of orders
  • Managing the B2B retail order fulfilment which includes producing bespoke labels, ordering packaging supplies and managing the job with the Operations Team

Additional Information:

  • Salary £10400 per annum
  • Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm
