This is a first line support role to support Onestop IT Solutions external client by fixing issues they are dealing with including support for Microsoft windows desktop and service environments

This position reports to the Service Desk Manager initially who in turn reports to the Managing Director.

What will I learn?

During the first 12 months as IT Network Apprentice, there are responsibilities you will have within your role which include:

· Support for Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server environments
· PC builds and user profile creation with application installation.
· Printer installation and fault diagnosis
· Broadband and Internet connectivity
· Troubleshooting networking issues
· Office 365 User setup and troubleshooting
· Must be able to prioritize work based on Service Level Agreement
· Fault diagnosis, fault resolution and time recording logging all information in our helpdesk system.
· Achieve and maintain a positive rapport with clients and prospects, working to give them the best possible service. We are extremely focused on customer satisfaction and strive to improve this.
· Attend and contribute to weekly service meetings.
· Responsible for entering activities, time and expenses in the company CRM system as they occur

What qualification or qualities are required?

· Higher qualification in English and Math.
· A strong understanding of Computing and or Networking.
· Strong desire to help our clients run their businesses better with the intelligent use of technology solutions.
· Strong desire to continue learning.
· Previous customer facing work experience is useful, though not essential.
· Already has or working towards obtaining a Driving License.
