You will complete an SCQF Level 6 IT Professional apprenticeship, and help within the IT support team.
You will quickly pick up the skills and knowledge needed to be successful in the role and will become a valued member of the the team.

What will I learn?
• Log support calls that come through via phone or e-mail
• Work with Help Desk team to handle day to day requests
• Provide 1st Line support to existing client base
• Use a wide range of tools to test/troubleshoot and analyse problems
• Desktop and laptop set ups inc. cabling and general connectivity
• Troubleshoot and analyse a wide variety of issues across a wide variety of software/hardware and office environments
What qualification or qualities are required?
- An interest in IT and the desire to begin a career in the field of IT
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and individually when required
- Professional approach towards all aspects of work
- Good time management, planning and organisational skills
